Our tutors are teaching specialist and professionals in their respective fields. They have many years of teaching experience in the education environment. The teaching is conducted via face-to-face sessions in a classroom.
Mr. Fredrick Cabanes is from Orange County California, USA. He came to Singapore to experience Asian Culture. He has been teaching since 2009. He teaches all levels of English (Beginner, Elementary, Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate, and Upper Intermediate). He also teaches our Private lessons, Business English classes, Conversation classes, and the IELTS Test Preparation course. In addition to teaching for many years, he also has a Certificate in Teaching Adults, a Diploma in TESOLS, a Diploma in Advanced Learning, and a Master’s in Education from Nanyang Technological University - NTU Singapore. Students always say he is kind and is a fun teacher. When he is not teaching, he likes to try new Asian food and watch Asian Movies.

Ong Ann Seng
Mr Ong Ann Seng holds an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (2000), a BBA from Fairfax University, USA (1996), and a Certified Advanced Diploma in International Marketing from AEM (1994). He also obtained the Certified Entrepreneurial Manager (2004) and ACTA from Singapore WDA. With over 35 years of teaching and training experience and more than 50,000 training hours, Mr Ong has conducted corporate training across various industries and has been a Visiting Lecturer for BBA and MBA programs in major cities across China. Since 2011, he has served as a Senior Visiting Research Scholar at Beijing University. Mr Ong is a Business Management Consultant and International Certified Professional Trainer, known for his engaging, bilingual teaching style and practical, student-centered approach. His areas of expertise include corporate strategy, HR management, communication, leadership, customer service, and retail management. He has been recommended and approved by the Academic Board of WENXUAN SCHOOL OF EDUCATION & MANAGEMENT to teach Marketing, Management, and Communication modules in both English and Mandarin diploma programs and is currently serving as a part-time lecturer.
Mr Goh Mian holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Australia and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. He also obtained the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) from the Singapore Chinese Chamber Institute of Business. With over four decades of professional experience across operations, management, and education, Mr Goh has served in various capacities including Programme Manager, Full-time Lecturer, and Corporate Trainer. He has taught in numerous reputable institutions such as the London School of Business and Finance, AEC College, Coleman College, and the Singapore Institute of Materials Management, focusing on bilingual business programs. Mr Goh was also a long-serving part-time lecturer at the Singapore Institute of Management and was awarded a Teaching Service Award in 2005 for his dedicated service. Fluent in Mandarin and English, and highly experienced in training adult learners, Mr Goh has been recommended and approved by the Academic Board of WENXUAN SCHOOL OF EDUCATION & MANAGEMENT to be appointed as an adjunct lecturer for business and management-related modules.

Mr Michael Ong Boon Hoe, he was awarded bachelor’s degree in business (Transport & Logistics Management) with Distinction from RMIT University. Since 2002 till now, he has been deployed to teach in the field of Training and Business Consultancy, Corporate Trainer, WSQ Trainer and Assessor, ITE Trainer and Assessor and Academy Management Programs in Mandarin and English. He has been recommended and approved by Academic Board from WENXUAN SCHOOL OF EDUCATION & MANAGEMENT to teach Marketing, Management and Communication related modules from Diploma in Business Management (full time and part time) and Diploma in Business Management (Mandarin) (full time and part time). Currently, he has been deployed by WENXUAN SCHOOL OF EDUCATION & MANAGEMENT as a part time lecturer.

Mr Tan Buck Koon, he was awarded master’s degree in business administration from University of Mississippi, USA. He has attained Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services (CMFAS) series of certificate. He is recommended and approved by Academic Board from WENXUAN SCHOOL OF EDUCATION & MANAGEMENT to teach Economics, Accounting, Finance and Statistics related modules from Diploma in Business Management (full time and part time) and Diploma in Business Management (Mandarin) (full time and part time). Currently, he has been deployed by WENXUAN SCHOOL OF EDUCATION & MANAGEMENT as a part time lecturer.
